Pennsylvania voters who cannot make it to the polls on Election Day can vote by mail via absentee ballot.  If you need an absentee ballot, follow these simple steps:

1. Download the application form by clicking here.
2. Print and complete the application.  If you can any questions, call Lackawanna County Voter Services at 570-963-6737.
3. Mail or hand deliver your application to Lackawanna County Voter Services so that they will receive it no later than 5:00 pm on Tuesday, 8 May 2018.
4. Voter Services will then mail a ballot to you.  When you receive it, complete it right away and mail or personally hand deliver your ballot so that it is received by the Board of Elections no later than 5:00 pm on Friday, 11 May 2018.
